Noob was one of the default Robloxian outfits from the popular MMO ROBLOX. He has yellow skin, a blue shirt, and green pants. This design was later replaced with a new default avatar in 2014 (known as the "bacon hair" design by the community), and then again in 2023.
Noobs were often described as annoying individuals who begged others for Robux and/or Tix (former in-game currency), as well as the Builder's Club premium membership option, stemming from his design originally being associated with new and guest players who were inexperienced with the game.
In M.U.G.E.N, Noob has been made by Tanicfan22, Christian Taylor Nuñez Plúa, RyanHam111, and Rockyfan75000; Tanicfan22's version has subsequently been edited by numerous creators. Tanicfan22's, Christian Taylor's and Rockyfan75000's versions uses custom sprites, while RyanHam111's version uses 3D models from the Roblox game engine ripped as 2D sprites.

While this dead meme may seem pretty obnoxious with seemingly infuriating gameplay with very short range, extreme reliance on Specials, Hypers, and assists, and being incredibly susceptible to corner pressure, he is not without his strengths such as an anti air, a Hyper which has tons of utility, and an assortment of assists that carry different benefits for different situations. Overall, this character's strengths are on par with its weaknesses.
RyanHam111's version[]
Stated to be unfinished, Noob features 3D sprites completely turned into 2D, along with the gameplay inspired by Marvel vs. Capcom 2 thanks to the latter template. With one unblockable Special and a way to turn around during one move if hit by an opponent, this Noob can pack a punch rather easily, although some of his hurtboxes seem to have incorrect placement.
