A character that has gained quite a bit of notoriety for the ultra-low quality of the very few sprites it actually has, as well as a shallow moveset that only consists of four attacks; while this coincides with the amount of moves a Pokémon can have at any one time in the source games, it makes for a very lackluster M.U.G.E.N character. If you were hoping for a good Weepinbell conversion, start weepin'.
Weepinbell is a 4-button character, using (A), (B), (X) and (Y) for attacks, though (X) requires 500 Power to be used. It would appear to have another attack that's activated through (C), but pressing said button doesn't do anything other than add to the debug flow. Its standing and aerial attacks are identical, though only (X) and (Y) can be activated while crouching. It can also double jump.
Ironically, despite its crude exterior and lack of attacks, Weepinbell does in fact have A.I. programming, though it is very primitive and just jumps around using random attacks.
This character does not have any Special or Hyper Attacks.
This character does not have any victory quotes, meaning it uses the screenpack's default.
