While he uses sprites made to look like if he appeared in a Starfy game, this Waluigi is an edit of Jewel Man by Emiliano David Palleres. He only has five attacks, all of which swamp the stage with copious amounts of bob-ombs. Three of the more powerful bob-omb tosses even require a bit of Power.
Waluigi only uses five buttons, omitting (A). Each button has a single attack with an aerial variant, discounting (B). This gives him a grand total of ten attacks, and none of them are labelled as Specials or Hypers.
All of Waluigi's attacks are projectiles which can make him fairly [Cheap character|cheap]. (B) tosses a single bob-omb, while (C) throws three, two of which veer upwards and downwards. Neither seems more useful than the other, as they deal the same amount of damage and can [Infinite|trap the opponent] if repeated rhythmically.
The rest of Waluigi's attacks consume a small amount of Power. (X) fires a circle of bob-ombs (three in the air), (Y) fires bob-ombs in random directions, and (Z) fires a rotating swirl of bob-ombs. Since all moves use the same amount of Power, only (Z) would realistically need to be used, as it deals the most damage, in a reliable fashion.
Waluigi has nonexistent A.I, and will only stand still when faced against.
This character does not have any Special or Hyper Attacks.
This character does not have any victory quotes, meaning it uses the screenpack's default.
