This version is unique in that it seems to take inspiration from Super Smash Bros. As a result, Waluigi's moves are simple to pull off and can be picked up by beginners and keyboard users as much as the others. Better not tell Daddy Sakurai about this.
Waluigi is a simple character. It uses only two buttons. The character seems to be partially based off Super Smash Bros due to having simple move commands.
Waluigi's Specials are possibly its best way to go against an opponent, as it is rather difficult to combo. The combos that it does pull off probably won't go past the single digits. Waluigi also has rather tedious corner push when preforming combos in the corner, as the standard three-hit combo won't connect on all hits. Its Specials are useful, as they can hit opponents from a distance.
Waluigi is also pretty small, and as a result, puts larger characters at a disadvantage. Waluigi also has no Hypers. Waluigi's A.I is somewhat easy and simple, sometimes using Specials, but in most cases, not posing too much of a challenge.
