ATTENTION: THE POLL HAS ENDED. IT'S A TOTAL VICTORY FOR THE BLUE CORNER NEW METHOD. GO HERE TO SEE HOW STUFF WORKS.

Righty-o, let's cut to the chase!

Our well-known move activation method display has been with us for a very long time. The familiar sight of D, DF, F, x/y/z is easy to understand when paired up with:

Key

D = Down

F = Right

B = Left

U = Up

DF = Down-right

DB = Down-left

UF = Up-right

UB = Up-left

a/b/c = Kick

x/y/z = Punch

s = Taunt

But is it time for a change? Long-time MUGEN-er and newcomer Ricepigeon has proposed a change to this old method, giving it a more aesthetically pleasing makeover.

D, DF, F, x/y/z would become QCF+Button-xyz, for example.

As you may know, there are more than 3000 articles on this wiki! That's a lot! If we were to incorporate this new system, that'd be a lot of work, but as with the case of the "Wall of Shame" categories, this isn't impossible.

Now then, as this is a MUGEN community, I'm not going to force this upon you, nor am I going to simply cast the idea aside. I'd like your opinions on the matter! Do you want the old, but familiar layout, or the new and more visually appealing layout?

Before answering this pole, do make sure you've read the above. It's not just pointless rambling.

Thank you.
