Norman 12p Defeated by Pingu?!

Okay, hello. Today, I have another character defeated. It was Norman's 12p mode. Although he can recharge his health and powerbars, I used Pingu's Pin-Goku-Satsu move to kill him even though Pingu's a normal character, he still killed Norman's 12p.
