Street Fighter III

Urien is a character from the Street Fighter series, first appearing in Street Fighter III: Second Impact.

Urien is the jealous younger brother of Gill, who out ranked him in leading the Illuminati. Like Gill, he too is subject to genetic modifications and intense training programs under the Illuminati. His inferiority stems mainly from his emotional instability and sadism.

In M.U.G.E.N, Urien was made by various creators.

Urien stand

Urien is essentially a balanced version of Gill, with many of his Normals and other attacks being identical to Gill's. Most of Gill's nastier moves are now charge moves, which limits their utility.

Like all Street Fighter III characters (except Gill and Akuma), Urien only has access to one of his Super Arts at any one time. During his intro, they can be scrolled through by pressing Button-U or Button-D and selected by pressing any of the 6 attack buttons. He also has access to EX Special moves.

Hovering the mouse cursor over the Command Input icons will display text that refers to the inputs set in M.U.G.E.N's Key Config.

Icons encased in square brackets [ Button-D ] require the respective button(s) to be held down. Hovering the mouse cursor over the icon displays the hold duration if applicable.
