Summary
I found a bug where if you hit someone before the round even starts (press the attacks buttons very fast for this to happen) and hit them upwards, if you are still in the air when the round starts, then the CPU/opponent will stay in the air until they are hit.Ā
Performing
You need a charcter that can move before the round starts with method said above. Said character would also need an attack, that could hit the opponent upward. TakeĀ Warner's Luigi Ā for example. He has both characteristics to perform this.Ā
1. Mash the buttons fast enough so that Luigi can move during the end of his pipe intro.
2. Hit the character upward, somehow. (Recommended that you use Luigi's Jump Punch, or Up-Smash for this.)
3.If performed correctly, after the round starts, the opponent should stay airborne, unless said opponent is hit from that state.
