Taskmaster (Tony Masters) is a fictional character from the Marvel Comics Universe. He was initially a supervillian who trained aspiring criminals in the art of combat, but is now portrayed as more of an anti-hero.
During his childhood, Taskmaster discovered he had the ability to replicate physical movements through merely watching them ("photographic reflexes", as the psychiatrists put it). While he considered being a crime-fighter after graduating from high school, Taskmaster turned to a life of crime purely because he felt it was more lucrative. He wields weaponry similar to those used by superheroes, such as Captain America's shield and Spider-Man's web-shooters.
In M.U.G.E.N, Taskmaster has been made once by Rojin70. The sprites are custom made and his moveset is heavily inspired (if not identical) to his Marvel vs. Capcom 3 moveset.
Taskmaster is a four button-based character that plays like the average Marvel vs. Capcom 2-styled character, complete with a launcher and three regular attacks, though he features none of the mechanics introduced in said game.
