Super Marvel vs. Capcom: Eternity of Heroes (abbreviated to SMvC: EOH) is a full game created by the Infinity Mugen Team, based on the popular Marvel vs. Capcom franchise.

Although the game is generally shunned for having flaws, the game is set to feature 100+ playable characters on various fighting arenas.

Following the December 2007 release of Marvel vs. Capcom: Eternity of Heroes, the game project entered a new stage with upgrades, including the use of the then newly released high-res WinMUGEN engine, new visuals, a new soundtrack, a new logo, and an influx of new M.U.G.E.N authors participating to bring even more playable characters to the game.

The most recent release occurred on May 31st, 2010 and continues to be in the public beta testing stage. Development continued on into 2011, promising to bring continued surprises to the table.

  • Occasionally, the game will crash, mostly when selecting secret characters, and because it is built on a earlier form of WinM.U.G.E.N.
  • The game will take an excessively long time to load.
  • Symbiote Onslaught, while in his second form, is very glitchy and will go off-screen, making him very hard to defeat.
  • Some characters are in the wrong categories.
