This character is an unfinished Kung Fu Man edit, and still has KFM sprites, like when he blocks, grabs, loses by time over, or does an air recovery, and only has two Specials and one Hyper. His intros consist of references to the "Back to the Multiverse" episode. When controlled by a player, the Dragon Punch move can be done out of hitstun, or while laying down, giving him a level of cheap, combo-breaking potential. Said move can also be pulled off a unlimited amount of times in the air.
