Origin

Metal Gear

Solid Snake, also known as Old Snake in Metal Gear Solid 4, is the main protagonist from Konami's Metal Gear franchise. Snake is a former soldier and mercenary until having a second encounter with a massive nuclear weapon wielding machine called Metal Gear. He now works with a small group trying to destroy Metal Gear in all its forms.

In M.U.G.E.N, Solid Snake has been made by various creators.

Ryon's version

Ryon's version is a custom sprited Solid Snake made for a Super Smash Bros. Clone game which was never finished. This version uses two preset 3 hit combos. One which consists of three different kinds of punches and the other consisting of kicks. He also uses the SOCOM and the FAMAS from the original games. He only has two special attacks which is his rocket launcher and hand grenade. His voice pack uses sound clips from the original games.

Snakegif

SeanAltly's version uses a completely original character. Taking the form of his original appearance in Metal Gear Solid is a more refined Snake. This version of Snake has the usual all buttons do something different format. His moves consist of using his SOCOM, the FAMAS, grenades, flash grenades, and C4. Also a lot of his moves consist of using CQC (Close Quarters Combat) from both the original games and even from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. His voice pack sound clips are from both the original games and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It also appears that a lot of the moves were inspired by Jill Valentine's MVC2 incarnation.
