Sinking base is an original stage that takes place on what seems to be a sinking mechanical base. The ceiling of an underwater cave of sorts can be seen in the background, with water pillars gushing upwards from the water below.
In M.U.G.E.N, Sinking base has been made by OPIRUS GH300. The many water-based elements of this stage are animated, such as the water in the background and the bubbles that appear around the combatants.
