Scruffydragon is a mugen team dedicated to making Marvel and DC characters and stages for MUGEN. In addition, they make Pocket Marvel/DC Superhero characters. There is a small Capcom section as well. Historically, the primary project of the group is the DC vs Marvel full game. As of 2013 this project has little to no activity. However, also as of 2013 the Pocket World project has a lot of activity.
