This character is based off of Ryuhaku's Art Of Fighting appearance. Because of this, it only has one Special move and no Hypers, uses Art Of Fighting sprites, and the Special, Kasane Ate, uses Power. It is not equipped with a Power Charge; however, this was intentional, as Ryuhaku Todo was the only character in Art Of Fighting to not have a Power Charge.
There are differences here and there. It uses six buttons ((Y) and (Z) are the light and heavy punches, (B) and (C) are the light and heavy kicks, and (X) and (A) are an uppercut and a trip that were done in the source game by pressing punch+special and kick+special respectively. Because of this, the Medium and Heavy buttons are used for the Specials while the Light buttons are left out.), where in the source game, there were only four (a punch button, a kick button, a taunt button, and a special button that served as the heavy punch/kick depending on which button the player pressed last, a wall jump in midair, and for the desperation moves). An issue is that it has a glitchy mugshot sprite, as seen with several of Fred's other M.U.G.E.N chars.
Hovering the mouse cursor over the Command Input icons will display text that refers to the inputs set in M.U.G.E.N's Key Config.
Icons encased in square brackets [ ] require the respective button(s) to be held down. Hovering the mouse cursor over the gap displays the hold duration if applicable.

This character does not have any victory quotes, meaning it uses the screenpack's default.
