Roy was originally made to be playable in a discontinued M.U.G.E.N Project called Fire Emblem Shrine. While called "Master Roy", the version for Fire Emblem Shrine is anything but masterful. Its A.I. has a chronic tendency to do a whole lot of nothing.
This Roy uses sprites from The Binding Blade and voice samples from Super Smash Bros. Melee. It only has two, very wimpy mid-air attacks, as well as a mid-air Hyper. It has a dodge system, but it isn't very reliable and the A.I. uses it for at least half of the time it isn't just standing around. All of its attacks, except for Critical Hit, do very little damage, and it struggles to raise its power high enough to use Critical Hit in the first place. It is nearly impossible for it to win against anything remotely equipped to deal with small characters.
Hovering the mouse cursor over the Command Input icons will display text that refers to the inputs set in M.U.G.E.N's Key Config.
Icons encased in square brackets [ ] require the respective button(s) to be held down. Hovering the mouse cursor over the gap displays the hold duration if applicable.
