Rohan Kishibe is a character from Part 4 of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. A successful Mangaka (Manga artist), he is naturally talented at his work, though this makes him come off as very arrogant, to the point where even his friends think of him as distant, which doesn't help his already antisocial tendencies. He is very skilled at manipulating others, and because of his work, is quite rich.
His stand, Heaven's Door, is humanoid like that of many other characters, but is smaller, and has the unusual ability to literally open people up as if they were books, which can be used to learn more about the target, edit, add and remove memories, and even insert commands into their subconscious.
In M.U.G.E.N, Rohan Kishibe has been made once, by Amarimono.
This version of Rohan is All-Star Battle styled, and as a result is a little bit difficult to learn to play. However, putting time and effort into mastering them shows off their true power as a character that can control their opponents just as much as they can control themselves. With their stand not activated, their normal attacks are slow and deal low damage, but have a unique effect: They temporarily disable some of the opponent's attacks, stunning them if they attempt to use the disabled moves. With their stand activated, they begin dealing out multiple hits, and become easy to combo with. Using both of these states is key to playing as them effectively, as one compliments and covers the other's flaws and so on.
Their AI is notably weak in comparison to most of Amarimono's other characters despite it catching up slightly after the first round, making them a fairly good choice as a medium-low level opponent.
