RistaR87 is a MUGEN creator. He has created many MUGEN games usually doing with anime and video games from Japan. Other then MUGEN games, he also makes Yu-Gi-Oh!: Power of Chaos Mods. He has not released most of his characters or stages used in his games, but can be extracted if you download the game itself.
