Ren Idagawa is a character from the game Big Bang Beat. He is the boss of a biker of gang and strives for national conquest. He can be polite if he meets a worthy and opponent and can be a good person since he once saved a cat from being run over. He is also the rival of Rouga Zanma.

This character has a quick and witty A.I. and will make use of his projectiles and will use rush attacks at any given time. Ren also has a mode which temporarily increases his damage output (Crit-A-Cola Install) but at the same time decreases his defense. The character's moveset involves the use of his bokken, various anti-air projectiles such as molotov cocktails, empty cans, and other junk. Ren also utilises rush attacks and powerful slashes. He is also able hit the projectiles with his bokken and this increases the impact of them.
