Rapa-Nui Island is a stage based on the Easter Island, which is a Chilean island, known for its monumental statues that were built by the Rapa-Nui people.
In M.U.G.E.N, Rapa-Nui Island was made by Blizzard Buffalo (a.k.a. Flame Stag). The stage seems to be set near the shore of the island, with several statues in the background, a large mass of water, and multiple mountains and clouds in the distance.
