The legendary gay fish himself comes with his army of "unusual" characters to enact vengeance. Serving as a parody of said characters, one can't be sure if he's 100% sane either, with the ability to spit chickens and missiles from his mouth. This fish is certainly one boss character that will drive anyone to be just as mad as he is.
Primeus is a three button character, using for his attacks.
Primeus was designed to act as a boss character, with the majority of his moveset consisting of summoning strikers and projectiles; because of this, Primeus also has perpetual Super Armor and immunity to throws, but will still be affected by hitstun. Primeus is technically immobile, with his only method of movement being his Body Slam attack, which can also be performed with the directional buttons, but always moves toward the opponent. Using Artard R-my, Primeus can have up to two of his assists on screen at any given time, which can be used at any time including during other moves besides Missile Strike, with the assists being random each time.
In addition to Primeus' normal attacks, Primeus also has two additional assist characters, which automatically spawn whenever the opponent gets too close to one of the stage corners in order to prevent turtling; additionally, Primeus will gradually gain Power as the match progresses, with Primeus automatically executing the Qooi Ray once his Power bar is completely full, causing a fullscreen .
Primeus' A.I. uses the M.U.G.E.N default A.I., using the character's attacks at complete random; however, given the nature of the character's attacks, this is more than enough to provide a challenge.
Hovering the mouse cursor over the Command Input icons will display text that refers to the inputs set in M.U.G.E.N's Key Config.
