The Postman Method is a type of coding used in certain cheapies that ensure victory over other characters. Characters that often apply this method of coding are often referred to as "Postmans". It is similar to, but should not be confused with, the Secretary Method.
Unlike most characters, Postmans utilize an external Windows batch file (.bat file) to open M.U.G.E.N with a vs. match against it, but typically perform additional tasks through said batch file, such as altering the opponent's files, among other actions.
As of April 2014, due to the nature of modifying external files outside of the M.U.G.E.N environment and the potential for such files to be classified as malware, the MUGEN Database does not allow links to these types of characters to be posted in articles.
