A Pokémon Stadium is a traditional stadium where Pokémon battles are held, generally in the form of a tournament. The stadium is complete with spectator stands and a large, prominent screen that broadcasts a close-up of the battle at hand; the terrain of a Pokémon Stadium can be changed at will, which means that Pokémon Trainers not only have to rely on their Pokémon's skills, but also on how the surroundings can be used to their advantage.

In M.U.G.E.N, Pokémon Stadium stages have been made multiple times, following the various different appearances that a Pokémon Stadium can have.

NeoKamek's Pokemon Stadium Edit

This is probably the most well-known Pokémon Stadium stage created for M.U.G.E.N. Much like his Final Destination stage, this version of Pokémon Stadium is based on its appearance in Super Smash Bros. Melee, although the huge screen does not show a close-up of the fighting action, but instead shows animated television static; this is probably because such a feature is not possible in M.U.G.E.N.

CyberLizard's Pokemon Stadium 2 Edit

This Pokémon Stadium stage is a screenshot of the Pokémon Stadium 2 stage from Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

MGMNZX's Estadio Pokemon Edit

Much like Cyberlizard's version, Estadio Pokemon is a screenshot of the Pokémon Stadium 2 stage from Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Darek's Pokemon Stadium 2 Edit

This version is also based of the Pokémon Stadium 2 stage from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. This version is more well-made than MGMN2X's and Cyberlizard's version. The stage has an intro where both of the two platforms from the original stage carrying both fighters are descending into the arena. The huge screen in front of the stage shows the intro of Super Smash Bros. Brawl and the creator added custom bridge platforms not from the original version of the stage to stretch to the boundaries of the stage. Another custom addition is that he added small screens to the sides of the big screen showing some of the Pokémon from the original Pokémon games.
