Poison is a character from Final Fight who has recently appeared as a playable character in Street Fighter X Tekken. Poison's video game debut was in Final Fight, originally intended to be a female thug for players to fight. Due to to controversial views of violence against women, however, her sex was changed so that she was a transsexual character. In recent years, it has been made official in the English series, Poison is in fact a post-op transgender female and that in the Japanese version, she is in fact male.

Poison was a member of the Mad Gear gang that terrorized Metro City. After the gang was defeated by Mike Haggar, she left her life of crime, becoming the manager of her friend and former Mad Gear partner Hugo Andore, helping on his wrestling career.

In M.U.G.E.N, Poison has been made by various authors.

Ryouwin's Poison

Ryouwin's Poison is the most commonly used version of the character. Poison's AI is quite powerful, and her attacks focus on stunning the foe, having the ability to shoot

hand-cuffs, as well as having a super referred to as the "Kiss of Death" that stuns, as well as shows 3D images of Poison in various poses, which concludes in the opponent being dazed with love-hearts circling their heads. Using this Poison can also garuntee wins, as their is no negative consequences for using her hand-cuff attack, except if the opponent blocks the attack, they will stay blocking for a short period of time, or unless attacked, which does leave the player vulnerable for a punishing retaliation.

DivineWolf's Poison

DivineWolf's Poison is an updated version of the character with a new coherent Japanese voice as well as an improved sprite. This version has similar moves to Ryouwin's Poison however her attacks have been changed in power to make her a fair fight. This Poison possesses a whip that can dominate the opponent from a long distance, and her cuff projectile no longer stuns the opponent, but does send the opponent flying. Poison's Kiss returns relatively the same, only without the image-montage.

• One of Poison's alternative colors includes her with orange hair. This is a reference to her fellow Final Fight transsexual character Roxy.
