This edit changes very minor things, but does address the original problem regarding the severely underpowered Normals. The select icon and portrait have been changed, aerials have been added in, and Pikachu's size has been increased. For some reason, the Power Charge has been changed, so instead of Pikachu charging Power by standing still and producing sparks of electricity, it runs straight towards the opponent, flailing its arms about.
