Very weak and with a limited moveset, this Pikachu isn't going to be winning many fights. Though it is able to chain its weak attacks together from light to heavy, the average damage output from doing so is about the same as a standard character's light punch. Its stronger attacks require Power, but are significantly more powerful than its weak attacks.
Pikachu is a six-button character with a slightly unconventional playstyle, with its "weak" attacks mapped to (A), (B) and (C), and its "strong" attacks mapped to (X), (Y) and (Z). Its weak attacks can be Chain Combo'd, going from light to heavy, but are incredibly underpowered, while its strong attacks cannot be combo'd to or from anything and require Power to be used, but are noticeably more powerful than its weak attacks, to the point where it makes them completely redundant and useless; though they can be used to fill up Pikachu's Power meter, Pikachu is able to use a Power Charge, which does that job at a much faster and more efficient rate.
What was probably intended as a Hyper Attack, but was labelled as a Normal, is Volt Tackle, which functions the same as Pikachu's Final Smash in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, though without the increased damage through pressing an attack button. Activated though (A)+(B) and using 3000 Power, Volt Tackle can deal a huge amount of damage if it hits every time, easily dwarfing the abysmal damage of Pikachu's weak attacks, though because of how difficult it is to control the attack, it is very unlikely that the 803 damage maximum will be reached.
Pikachu uses the default M.U.G.E.NA.I., meaning it jumps around and attacks randomly, only occasionally pulling off a combo by accident. Though the default A.I. rarely taunts, if it does, it will activate Pikachu's Power Charge and remain in that state due to a bug in the default A.I. regarding moves that are activated through buttons being held down, and because Pikachu doesn't automatically stop using its Power Charge when its Power maxes out, its A.I. will keep using it until attacked.
This character does not have any Special or Hyper Attacks.
This character does not have any victory quotes, meaning it uses the screenpack's default.
