They say OPchu is OP, but so are all of the characters from AxKing's Pokémon full game. Its comboability is practically non-existent outside of mashing the same buttons repeatedly, so it's no surprise that Pikachu comes packed with its own set of infinites, though while they are a little bit tricky to pull off, defeating any opponent becomes a breeze... That's not a good thing, by the way.
Pikachu is a six-button character with a very simple but unconventional moveset, with each button mapped to its own reasonably powerful attack, with the exception of (C) and (Z), which make pikachu perform a Forwards Hop and a Backwards Hop, respectively; the attacks can only be combo'd into themselves, and not other attacks. Though the character appears to be a spriteswap of DG's Marvel vs. Capcom-styled Street Fighter IIIRyu, it plays nothing like it.
Some of pikachu's attacks change when their respective button is released while pikachu is not in an attacking state, most notably (B), which is the same attack as when (B) is pressed regularly, but horizontal velocity is added to it, pushing the character towards the opponent, and making the infinite associated with the attack a bit easier to pull off. Like some of the other members of the Pokemon full game cast, pikachu can combo one of its Hypers into itself to deal a massive amount of damage, leaving the average character with just 136 Life, though it does require a full Power meter.
Pikachu uses the default M.U.G.E.NA.I., though while this would make the average character barely a challenge at all, pikachu's high damage output makes the A.I. a bit harder, though that does mean it has to land a hit on the opponent, which the default A.I. has trouble doing.
Hovering the mouse cursor over the Command Input icons will display text that refers to the inputs set in M.U.G.E.N's Key Config.
Icons encased in square brackets [ ] require the respective button(s) to be held down. Hovering the mouse cursor over the gap displays the hold duration if applicable.
