Origin

The King of Fighters

Orochi Iori (also known as Wild Iori or Crazy Iori or Insane Iori with the Blood of Orochi Under the Night), is an alternative midboss version of Iori Yagami first seen in The King of Fighters '97.

As a result of the Yagami bloodline having made a pact with Orochi in the past, Iori can fall prey to the Riot of the Blood - a state of extreme insanity that can be spontaneously triggered, or willingly activated by Orochi or the Hakkesshu in the vulnerable. Orochi Iori is the portrayal of Iori Yagami in this state.

He is widely acknowledged as being the first Prefixed Character, inspiring a trend of making more powerful, prefixed versions of characters.

In M.U.G.E.N, Orochi Iori has been made by various authors.

Oiori stand

Orochi Iori is designed as a midboss character. He possesses all of Iori's regular moves, except faster and much harder hitting, while having some original supers of his own. In addition, he also receives a massive speed boost.

Unfortunately, the Riot of the Blood does take a toll on Iori's stamina. Most of the time, when playable, Orochi Iori takes more damage than usual.

This version by Ahuron features the KOF 2002 UM Max mode mechanic.
