Origin

Pokémon

Nidoking is a Poison/Ground-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is the final evolution of Nidoran♂ and the male counterpart to Nidoqueen. It appears at #034 in both the Kanto and National Pokédexes.

Nidoking are vicious, incredibly strong, and easily angered; Nidoking may go on a rampage for no apparent reason. They attack using powerful physical attacks which can involve using their claws, tail, and the big horn atop its forehead; one jab from its toxic horn will poison the foe on contact.

In M.U.G.E.N, Nidoking has been created by Hugespongebob98, Alerkina4, and WG8686. Hugespongebob98's version uses sprites taken from the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, much like his other Pokémon characters, whereas Alerkina4's version uses custom sprites and WG8686's version derives its sprites from Pokémon Stadium.

Was Nidoking ever this tiny? In short, no, but it was never a spriteswap of Kung Fu Man either. You'll find no Pokémon-related moveset here, only attacks that fail to hit the opponent despite having hitboxes on them.
