Origin

Pokémon

Milotic is a Water-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is the final evolution of Feebas, and appears at #141 in the Hoenn Pokédex and #350 in the National Pokédex.

It is said that Milotic do not like conflict, and will avoid fighting if possible and help to calm the minds of those caught up in the conflict. Milotic dwell at the bottom of vast lakes, making them exceedingly rare to encounter. Their majestic appearances entice artists to create many works of art featuring them.

In M.U.G.E.N, Milotic has been made by Merufimu. It has custom-made sprites and can be considered a cheap character.

Gameplay[]

Miloticidle

Milotic is a very annoying character to face; as it can gain power at an incredible rate, and gains life back when blocking an attack. Its AI is excessively cheap, mostly using heavy combos, OTG attacks and overpowered Hyper attacks to K.O. any normal character without them getting a chance to fight back. A lot of its attacks can be used to infinitely juggle an opponent, either in the air or on the ground, as well as having oversized hitboxes just to make sure the attack makes contact.

This character sports the infamous 12th palette gameplay, where it spams the screen with full-screen attacks similar to Orochi, becoming a literal Cheapie. Other palette modes exist that simply increase its cheapness, to a lesser extent.
