Origin

Pokémon

Mienshao is a Fighting-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is the final evolution of Mienfoo, and appears at #220 in the Unova Pokédex and #620 in the National Pokédex.

Using the fur on the ends of its arms, Mienshao battles as if it were whip fighting, landing heavy blows on opponents. Due to its sleek, streamlined body, Mienshao is able to move quickly both on the ground and in the air, allowing it to be acrobatic in its movements, but also very graceful.

In M.U.G.E.N, Mienshao has been made by Megane-111 and Aeton. Both versions use custom sprites and incorporate Mienshao's "whips" in to their respective movesets.

Those that know of this version might find it interesting to note that the creator is not in fact called ??? or >???, despite what some M.U.G.E.N sites might say. Despite Mienshao's base Speed stat of 105 in the Pokémon games, this character is slow and heavy-hitting for the most part with no real comboability, though Mienshao's agility and acrobatic prowess is shown off during some of its Specials.

Aetonal's version[]

Stated to be incomplete, this version of Mienshao appears to use all six buttons, but some buttons may or may not work depending on whether the character is standing, crouching, or in the air. A strange feature with this character is that if it uses an attack straight after running, it decelerates during the attack, allowing it to briefly negate corner push.
