Mikey may be the least serious of the Ninja Turtles, but the A.I of this version manages to be quite serious and hard to beat. It also seems to be a source accurate rip from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters. If utilized well, this version of Michelangelo could pound opponents as fast as it pounds back pizza in between missions.
Kamekaze's version of Michelangelo is based off Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters. As such, the character uses four buttons, opting not to use (Z) and (C), and has one Hyper. Said Hyper is activated with (Y)+(B), like all of the other Hypers from said game.
As the original game didn't offer much in terms of combos, as the term had only been invented at the time of the source game's release, Mike has rather limited combo ability. What it loses with combos, it makes up with a rather high damage output. Rising Thunder, if used at point blank, tears almost half of the opponent's lifebar off. Despite it not being a One-hit knockout like with some of the other characters from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters, the Hyper is still Mike's deadliest weapon. It seems to be hard to activate, as its Power steadily decreases, despite its easy command.
Taking the high damage output Mike has, it has a very aggressive and difficult custom A.I. implemented, like Kamekaze's other characters. It often gets up close to the opponent and launches some attacks before using Rising Thunder. It is not recommended for inexperienced players to go up against Michelangelo immediately.
