Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Michelangelo (often called Mikey or Mike for short) is one of the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and one of the main characters in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.

He loves to party and is the least serious of the group. He carries around nunchuks (sometimes a grappling hook) and wears orange, although in some continuities he wears red like all the other turtles.

In M.U.G.E.N, Michelangelo was created five times by Pioupiou, Dcat, Descolor, ALEXZIQ, and Kamekaze. There is also another version by R@CE 45 in the making.

Pioupiou's Version

The very first version of Mikey in M.U.G.E.N, produced all the way back in 2001. It uses sprites from the Sega Genesis version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters, but plays nothing like said game, being a part of a fullgame project Pioupiou was working on.

Dcat's version

A heavily modified and polished character, this version of the orange mask-bearing turtle features a whole range of fantastic moves, as well as custom combo heavy gameplay. It also contains various references across the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. "COWABUNGA!"

Descolor's Version

While not the first or last version of Michelangelo, this was the first version to emulate Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters on the SNES. It uses voice samples from the Japanese version, a different default palette, and is overall a faithful port from the source.

ALEXZIQ's version

Built off CrusaderCast's native template and appearing with sprites from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters on the Genesis, this iteration of resident reptilian party dude opts for gameplay loosely inspired by the Marvel vs. Capcom series. It is in an alpha state, but still is fun to play with and against.

Kamekaze's Version

Mikey may be the least serious of the Ninja Turtles, but the A.I of this version manages to be quite serious and hard to beat. It also seems to be a source accurate rip from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters. If utilized well, this version of Michelangelo could pound opponents as fast as it pounds back pizza in between missions.
