Hey Brawl, I have an important question about your time on the Clayfighter Wiki. I sent you a message there but thought you would have a better chance at seeing it here. I'm not going to copy and past the whole thing, so go there to read the full message. Essentially I found out that you posted a video about the Zappa Yow Yow Boyz and their claytalities. I've been putting in work to try to figure them out, but I only found one. Do you remember what was in the video, or better yet have the video downloaded? Thanks in advance even if you can't help
Ideally, around 3 lines of text for a brief description is enough to attract people to the branch off article while still being brief.
This is the absolute perfect length for a brief description, although that will rarely happen, so most brief descriptions will end up looking like this or this.
Writing a brief description that is slightly too short is fine as long as you think that you've covered everything you can, brief descriptions that are slightly too long are good for characters that have a lot of moves or a notable gimmick, but these longer descriptions are not vital.
Don't, however, do a brief description like this, this is not acceptable.
Remember, brief descriptions are normally the only part of the article in which you can write about the character's sprites and animations, don't waste that opportunity!
The problem I see with Plasmoid's blogs is that they can be a little bit vague, so I'm trying to remove any ambiguity here.
In short, aim for a brief description length between that of Rotom's and that of Mewtwo's, the shorter ones should only really be for characters that don't have a lot of notable things to them, such as the Crow's Scolipede example.
Don't worry about going over Mewtwo's length too much, but don't go onto a fifth line, it's at that point that the brief description stops being brief.
