MelvanaInChains is an American M.U.G.E.N creator. She works along with No Body in the M.U.G.E.N site Melvana's Smooth Silk Samples. She mostly creates joke characters, and occasionally works with DrKelexo. She is most known for her collaborations with former collaborator The_None, but has removed Billy Two Moons and Ghetto Warmachine from her site as she finds them tasteless in hindsight.
