Rin & Bat's take on the dictator is based off Street Fighter 2: Champion Edition, M. Bison's first playable appearance, and as such, has no Hypers and limited combos. This doesn't mean that it is weak, as it has a high damage output to compensate.
Bison is based off Street Fighter 2: Champion Edition, and as such, uses six buttons. It also lacks a taunt, as the feature wasn't implemented in said games.
Much like the source game, M. Bison has no Hypers. In addition, it is rather incapable of comboing, also like the source game. To counterbalance this, M. Bison's Specials and even its Normals do increased damage. However, the damage output is still low enough to be considered balanced.
The buttons pressed when activating a move also determine the distance, as well as other factors determining on the move. Its standing kicks somehow fail to connect when up close.
M. Bison uses M.U.G.E.N's default A.I., and as such, won't pose much of a challenge. However, caution would be needed regarding its high damage output.
Hovering the mouse cursor over the Command Input icons will display text that refers to the inputs set in M.U.G.E.N's Key Config.
