This version of Kantai Collection's Kongou is heavily inspired by Touhou and its' fighting games, but lacks a spellcard system. Unlike Hetyo's other characters, however, Kongou is capable of autofire by holding down buttons, though this rapidly drains the hexagonal meter used for projectiles. Most of her attacks use this meter, and the ones that don't are slow or very close-range. This character feels somewhat unfinished, as their supers/hypers are hard to pull off and overall can be fairly clumsy to use at times. Strangely, there are two versions, one which uses more typical Touhou-styled sprites, and another which uses sprites inspired/edited from Hopeless Masquerade, with the size of their attacks adjusted accordingly. The high-resolution one has a few different attacks, as well as a few the lower-resolution one does not have.

Her AI is weak, with the high-resolution one having slightly stronger, but still easily defeated AI.
