Mortal Kombat

Kano is a character from the Mortal Kombat series, who made his debut in Mortal Kombat (1992).

Kano is the ruthless leader of the Black Dragon, an international crime cartel known for racketeering and arms trafficking; these activities caught the attention of the United States government, which assigned Special Forces Major Jax Briggs to track down Kano and his organization. Jax is initially successful in apprehending Kano, though the latter suffered disfiguring injuries to his body during their encounter. Kano later escapes custody and enters the Mortal Kombat tournament, now with cybernetic implants covering his physical injuries; these same implants allow him to fire laser beams from a red orb where his eye used to be.

In M.U.G.E.N, Kano was made by Binho, OMEGAPSYCHO and Aperson98 with Aperson's version having gameplay inspired by Street Fighter.

The mercenary plays like it does in Mortal Kombat 1, except with an extra Fatality that wasn't in the source game.
