This character is a four button character that borrows elements from the Marvel vs Capcom series, such as Super Jumping and Chain Comboing, plus the Hypers are done by executing quarter circle motions while pressing two buttons. However, this character is rife with bugs. While it is a four button character, the (Y) and (B) buttons do nothing while it is crouching/in the air. One of its strikers, Butler 2, has very little use because, instead of moving toward the foe and kicking, it just comes out the same distance as Butler 1 and throws a kick, regardless of where the enemy is. Its attacks have infinite priority. It moves forward an odd amount when using its basic attacks, Its (A) being able to chain into itself several times in a row. There is no damage dampner either, so the amount of hits Jonathan scores with the (A) really add up. The worst offender Jonathan sports is that its launcher, +(A), is incredibly fast and can connect again once it hits. This means an infinite combo can be achieved by holding and repeatedly pressing (A).
