Origin

Pokémon

Jolteon is an Electric-type Pokémon from the Pokémon series. It is one of the eight possible evolutions of Eevee, with the others being Vaporeon, Flareon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon and Sylveon. It appears at #135 in both the Kanto and National Pokédexes.

Jolteon are sensitive Pokémon and easily become sad or angry. Every time its mood changes, it charges power. If startled or angered, it can shoot out bristles that are sharp enough to pierce opponents. Every hair on its body starts to stand sharply on end if it becomes charged with electricity, and the negatively charged ions in its fur create a constant sparking noise.

In M.U.G.E.N, Jolteon has been created by Yogoreneko, however, the files were damaged due to a general breakdown of the server. Luckily, the files are currently being fixed by Naoki2534. This character is same as Yogoreneko's other Eevee-evolutions in the aspect that it deals no block damage. It also has a large power meter that can hold up to 10000 power; however its level one hypers are weak. The sounds for the offical release are Date Masamune from Sengoku Basara.

Gameplay

The gameplay is quite different to other characters.

JolteonIdle

A visible difference of this character is that has built-in meters:

The FINAL ARM meter, when filled up, the user can perform a move that is the potential to One Hit K.O.

A Special Meter wich is tied to special attacks and certain hypers only and regenerates, if depleted, it will be unavailable until it charges up completely.

Defence (Green) & Attack (Red) Monitor that changes in the game depending on the actions we take, it gets restored when the round ends.

Wish-Yawn meter

Both meters show the time the player will have to wait and avoid being hit before they can take effect.

Helpers

The Helpers can be any of the 7 Eeveelutions, plus Eevee. What can also be seen is the Flashed Fire Condition (For Flareon only).

You also can see the helpers the player has at their disposal and some other meters like Yawn, Wish, etc. and the time before they take effect.
