Jellypus H. Inkerson is an original character created by TIS2012.
He is a chicken-eating, conspicuous, anthropomorphic, 20 year old, blue octopus. He and his friend, Chickeon become trapped in waste land, where their world is under the rule of Galactic Spectrum, and in order to escape they must foil his plans before Galactic Spectrum destroys the universe.
In M.U.G.E.N, Jellypus has been created by TIS2012 and Mugenfan, though the latter's version is (much like Mugenfan's other TheIranSonic-based characters) a spriteswapped punching bag. He has also been edited by Ivan Luiz.
Jellypus is a cheap character. His level 1 hyper instantly kills most characters, his level 3 hyper does nothing, and his level 4 and 5 Hypers can't be used because of the fact he only has a maximum of 3000 Power.

This version edit of TheIranSonic's first Jellypus has collision hitboxes that are completely inconsistent between animations, even the ones where Jellypus is standing still. The "Super Tatica Giratoria" Hyper cannot be activated due to Jellypus' maximum Power being 3000, and the attack needing 4000.
