With poorly ripped sprites, poor coding, overpowered attacks and incredibily misplaced hitboxes, freedom truly isn't free with this Hulk Hogan. His moveset is very bare-bones, with only two Specials and one Hyper, which is an OHKO.
While this character has a four-button layout, using the (A), (B), (X) and (Y) buttons, he also uses the (Z) button for a grab. He uses the (C) button for his two Specials, but they're both unlikely to activate due to the unorthodox button command and poor coding.
Hia attacks deal huge damage because of his high Attack stat, making him overpowered. While he has poor comboability, his attacks deal high damage in return. Strangely, his Leg Drop can be cancelled into itself, allowing the player to float in the air if used repeatedly. Notably, having his standing (B) connect while having 3000 Power will reduce the opponent's life to 1 and Hulk Hogan will follow up with a Hyper that K.O.'s the opponent and uses 3000 Power. It's possbile to get hit before the Hyper is activated so the opponent's Life will be reduced to 1 yet the player won't lose any Power. Whenever the player suceessfully perform one of his Specials or its grab, he will gain above average Power. This can be abused to build up Power for the OHKO Hyper.
Almost all of this character's hitboxes are misplaced. The hurtboxes are far larger than they should be. In a lot of animations, there is an excessive amount of hitboxes present and in a lot of attacks, there are misplaced hitboxes, meaning attacks make contact when they aren't supposed to and vice-versa. Also, a lot of his attacks have infinite priority. There are two Normals in particular which can deal huge damage when spammed solely because of the misplaced hitboxes; his crouching (A) and (Y).
He has a custom A.I. that often spams Leg Drop, but apart from that it isn't very different from the default A.I. It isn't very hard to beat because of his slow attacks and large hurtbox, though the player needs to be cautious of his OHKO Hyper when he has 3000 Power.
