Hospital is one of the main stages from The Black Heart. This stage serves as the main stage for the Black Heart character Peketo and is set within an abandoned hospital, possibly the one where Peketo was killed. The stage shows blood all over the stage's walls and floor, and dark spirits that look like people walk around in the background. Additionally, at one point, the elevator in the middle will open revealing more spirits coming in or out of the elevator.The stage also comes with its own music.
In M.U.G.E.N, Hospital has been created by Andrés Borghi.
