Xatoku is a M.U.G.E.N character creator, of whom mostly creates characters from the Kingdom Hearts series.
Originally, all of Xatoku's characters where of a considerably poor quality due to crude animations and the lack of sounds, but he later fixed these characters to a playable standard.
