A more-powerful-than-average character, Pingurules' Ninten hits fast and hits hard. It is very easy to pick up, but very hard to master, due to judgmental timing in his combos. If done well, however, the battle is already won.
Ninten is a heavy edit of Drowin/Denmou's Ness, with heavy bug fixes. It has slightly higher stats than the average M.U.G.E.N character, referencing Ninten's performance in Earthbound Beginnings. Like Ness, it plays in a Marvel vs. Capcom style. Its movelist stays true to the game, where it only uses defensive and assist PSI, never once using offense PSI like the fan-named PK Techno; for offensive options, Ninten instead uses firearms like boomerangs, bombs and bottle rockets.
The unfair A.I. from Ness was removed, meaning it uses the default A.I. instead.

Trivia[]
The reason why Ninten's 11th palette was based on Raman Livingstone is because Pingurules is a friend of his, and that Raman likes playing the EarthBound series.
The way Dimension Warp is executed has the same controls as a regular Raging Demon, but is a completely different move.
This version of Ninten was supposed to be private, but after receiving positive feedback from his friends, Pingurules decided to let other people try it and tell him their opinions on this character.
