This version of Venom, while attempting to be accurate to Marvel vs. Capcom 2, uses six buttons instead of four like the source game. It contains most moves that the other versions contain, but with the addition of an extra hyper never seen in the source game.
Like Kong's other Marvel vs. Capcom conversions, Venom isn't 100% accurate to its source game. In fact, it happens to be quite buggy, also much like Kong's other characters.
Venom has three A.I settings that can be configured in the .def file. The three settings are easy, medium, and hard. The hard setting can often border on being cheap.
