Is it a War Machine? No, it's an Iron Man! But considering how similar the two characters are, Unkoman didn't consider it too unjust to create the latter by spriteswapping the former. While it feels adequately enough like a different character, some rather minor, but noticeable things were overlooked, even giving the impression of being a Sprite edit.
Unkoman's version of Iron Man is a spriteswap of One Winged Angel's War Machine. It generally plays the same as said character, using six buttons.
Like the base character, Iron Man has great range, but isn't projectile orineted, as this range appears in the form of beams as lasers shot out directly from itself. It also still retains War Machine's War Destroyer Hyper, a move Iron Man never uses in any of Capcom's fighting games. One pro is that Proton Cannon was nerfed to do less damage, as it initially took off almost 3/4s of a regular (1000 Life, 100 Defence) opponent's life.
Another similarity to the base character is that they both lack A.I, making it rather easy to beat.
