Mr. X (original name T-00) is a character found in Resident Evil 2, and also appears in the remake. They are one of the major antagonists in the aforementioned game and pursues the protagonist at various and crucial times. It is completely resistant to bullets and its face appears mostly emotionless in a lot of appearances.
Mr. X was originally a Tyrant T-103 created via experimentation. It was air-lifted and dropped into Racoon City during the Racoon City Destruction Incident, who was given two instructions- first, to recover a G-Virus sample, as well as kill any surviving members of the Racoon City police department. After crashing through the roof, it would later begin a hunt of Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield, the both of them trying to escort Sherry to safety. Mr. X also possesses a Super Tyrant form, which it mutated into after suffering serious burns. As the name would imply, this form greatly increases its physical strength.
Mr. X doesn't appear to show personality, but appears tempered in the remake. For one, it frequently cracks its neck, along with showing signs of irritation while shown with resistance. It also becomes irritated when its hat gets shot off, charging at the player instead of his usual walk cycle.
This version's A.I. is challenging but can be beaten by an experienced player. He is a slow moving character that can't be easily tackled or hurt due to the armour code. His attacks are slow in speed but can deal a hefty amount of damage upon impact. This proves to be a disadvantage since agile M.U.G.E.N characters can outspeed him. However, in order to compensate for this, Mr.X possesses a special grab which can apply pressure to the head of the opponent 3-4 times. It can be done be in repetition until the opponent is knocked out (this is a cheap way of dealing with an enemy.)
