Judging by the date of release, this could very well be one of the first conversions from the first Capcom vs. SNK game. Being that renowned Japanese author Mouser converted this version of Terry, it plays pretty accurate to said game - at least for the time.
Terry has a five button layout, with Ⓧ, Ⓨ, Ⓐ and Ⓑ being his Normals, and Ⓩ being a shortcut for Ⓧ+Ⓐ, which is a dodge.
Terry is notable for being one of the first rips from Capcom vs. SNK, being somewhat accurate to the game and having all the moves he had from said game. According to the author, Terry is based off the PRO version of said game, harboring the changes implemented.
Terry is pretty versatile when it comes to close combat. However, his Specials can be unpredictable, as they have pretty decent range. Terry also has access to multiple variants of his two Hypers as the buttons pressed determine the power used, as well as the damage it deals.
Terry's A.I is moderately easy, as it jumps around, attacking at random intervals, and it is beatable by most players provided that they know what they are doing.
