Splode's version of Iceman is wholly based off its appearance in X-Men: Children of the Atom, but with certain aesthetic elements from Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes. While many of its move commands are simpler and different from the source game, its tougher than average A.I makes it a chilling opponent.

Gameplay[]

SplodeIcemanIdle

Splode's Iceman is accurate to "X-Men: Children of the Atom." Because of this, it uses six buttons.

Many of its Specials ar done differently than the source game. Its Ice Boulder is done by pressing X, Y, or Z A, B, or C instead of Down, Down-Right, Right X, Y, or Z and Icebeam can be aimed three different ways. There were a few liberties taken, like an extra hyper not present in the game and Ice Fist being done by pressing Down, Down-Left, Left X, Y, or Z instead of Down, Down-Left, Left X+Y+Z.

Iceman's A.I is aggressive, but many characters with brutal A.I will easily beat it. Either way, it isn't recommended for beginners to immediately go up against this version.
